Freshly seasoned and roasted pork to our secret recipe. The scent of it cooking alone will have your taste buds tingling.

On the side:

Crackling, stuffing and apple sauce.

Bread:

Fresh sliced baguette. Or if you prefer, we can supply white or brown rolls.

Vegetables:

New baby potatoes with a fresh herb dressing. Perfection.

Salads:

Fresh garden salad, pasta salad and home-made coleslaw.

To Follow:

Wedding cake (provided by yourselves) served with mixed summer fruits in sauce and cream.

Price includes serving tables, all crockery and good quality disposable napkins. Food served as a buffet.

This Menu Includes: A chef, catering assistant and waiting staff to arrive on site before your specified serve time. All dishes to be prepared fresh at your venue while your chosen meat is slowly roasting.

Lay tables with crockery and napkins. The main course will be served as a buffet; the chef will carve your meat while the waiting staff serve the various other dishes.

For dessert, your wedding cake will be sliced, dressed and served on a buffet table.
